Our application process is specially designed to offer enough opportunities to get to know each other as well as possible.
Great – your application has arrived! We carefully check your documents and if we think you could be a good addition to our team, we will invite you to an initial meeting.
We meet for a video call – an initial meeting in which we find out what is important to both sides and also answer the first questions. Do we fit together well at first “glance”?
In this interview, we take a closer look at your skills and the professional experience you have gained on your journey so far. In some cases, we combine the interview with a code case to learn more about your approach and way of working.
Here you will get to know the manager and possibly another colleague from your potential new team.
Once we know what you can do, we would like to get to know you more personally in this interview. Do our values and mindset align?
You will get to know colleagues from other teams and get another insight into our company.
